Assembly Instructions

 

1. Tools Needed
Gather a torque wrench, 4mm/5mm hex keys, carbon paste, and isopropyl alcohol with a clean cloth. The torque wrench ensures proper tightening to avoid damaging the carbon fiber.

2. Preparation
Clean the stem and handlebar contact points with alcohol, then apply carbon paste to increase friction and prevent overtightening.

3. Installation
Position the handlebar on the stem and hand-thread the bolts. Tighten them in a cross-pattern using the hex keys, and finish with a torque wrench to the specified settings (4-6 Nm).

4. Final Adjustments
Check alignment and make sure the handlebar feels secure. Test the setup with a short ride to confirm comfort and stability.
