The QUICK PRO AR:One is the first disc brake frame I’ve ridden that recreates the lively, stiff “I just wanna ride fast” feeling of high-end rim brake bikes from 5-6 years ago. The word “Stiff” gets thrown around a lot in the bike industry, but this frame is crazily stiff, which is impressive considering it’s super lightweight nature. The specs read for themselves, so I won’t dwell on them, but the ride feel is what keeps me coming back to the AR:One. The head tube and seat tube seem to be locked in perfect 1:1 unison which seem to just encourage you to get out of the saddle and lay down the power. On the downhills in gives me way more confidence than I should perhaps have. A lack of toe overlap in my size (S) is also a welcome. The BSA bottom bracket gets rid of any potential drama of the build, and a standard round head tube gives plenty of options for the cockpit. For the negatives; the stiff ride has a price to pay when it comes to comfort. It’s certainly not the most comfortable bike out there, but the way this bike begs you to go full-gas from the gun, you won’t be in the saddle for long enough for it to become a problem. But… seriously, those wanting an armchair on wheels should look elsewhere, if you want a bike that goes fast (and feels like it goes fast!) then the AR:One is the race bike for you.

Very impressed with the bike. Feels light, responsive and stiff but not uncomfortably stiff. It just feels like all the power you put down is propelling you forward.
Built it up with farsports evo C 50mm wheelset, farsports f1x handlebar, Bigrock 117g saddle, ultegra 11 speed mechanical and total weight with cages, wahoo mount and pedals is 7.7kg in size large. Mechanic said it all made up well: no issues.
Got the team edition colourway. Looks stunning in person. Got a lot of praise at the cafe stop 👌🏼
Lastly the team at pandapodium.cc were super helpful. Sizing is always risky, so I let them know what the geometry is on my current setup and they advised me on what frame and stem length I needed. Everything is spot on. Much appreciated.

It rides fast, like really fast, and it likes going fast! I’m 172 cm, 65 kg, FTP 330w. My previous bike was a S-WORKS Tarmac SL7 size 52, weighing 7.35 kg with pedals and bottle cage. I took the AR:One in size 49 (54) because it looks perfect for my size. I used the same wheels (Zipp 303 Firecrest) for this new build and put Wheeltop GeX with a 50t front chainring and a 10-44 Garbaruk cassette (I love one-by and ride it on my MTB and gravel too). The complete build is 6.87 kg. The AR:One frameset + fork + all small parts were 140g lighter than my S-Works SL7, so I was very happy with that.
On the road, I’ve already done some 3 to 5-hour rides and it feels quick! It feels quick, and it rides fast! My friends seem to complain more now than before, haha. Is it really faster? I don’t know, but it asks for speed and gives you the feeling of riding fast — it’s a race bike! I love it.
The AR:One is different from the SL7 in some aspects. It filters less vibration, so it gives you more of a speed impression, but it’s not uncomfortable at all. With 30mm tires, it’s really great, maybe not on really poor roads, but where I live, it’s enough. The handling is different too. It’s a bit more agile and wants to play. One aspect where I prefer the SL7 (but it’s winter, so… you know) is the stiffness. When sprinting with the SL7, you feel it helping you. It flexes a bit and gives you back the energy like a bow. Here, on the AR:One, it doesn’t move. If you have the legs, it transmits everything to the road. If it’s not your best day, it won’t help you sprint, but it still goes fast.
In fewer words, I love the bike — it’s light, it’s fast, it’s a race bike.
And a final thanks to the Pandapodium team, who are always super helpful and reactive.

AR:ONE REVIEW
It’s stiff, it’s light – it’s a lekker race bike.
I have been racing an SWORKS SL7 for about 2 years now. The SL7 is a wet noodle compared to the AR:ONE.
For reference I am ~70kgs, 178cm. 1400w peak, 385w for 20’.
I chose the black on black stealth color in size M. I love the raw dog matte-carbon finish for a no BS race bike.
Weights:
Frame = 726g bare
Frame = 776g with hardware
Fork = 395g uncircumcised.
Fork = 359g after the trim.
Seatpost = 179g.
The inside of the head tube and bottom bracket is impressively clean.
Brake hose routing went through smoothly, sometimes when building up frames the cables and hoses get caught on excess carbon inside the frame and you have to jiggle them around to get them past the ridges of excess carbon, that was not the case with the AR:ONE. The inside walls of this frame seem to be very smooth. What that means for performance I don’t know but it does make the build more enjoyable and makes the frame feel high quality.
The BSA specific BB cups lined up perfectly and the threads are clean. The brake mount surfaces are also perfect out the box. No dicking around with metal files or sand paper required. The seat post clamp works well, no slippage. Little things like this give me the impression that the QC are at a high level. I chose the regular seat post but a zero offset option is available too.
If I was to be hypercritical – the seat post hardware is average. Fortunately it is a simple design and that makes the hardware inexpensive to upgrade. The thru axels are average too.
No complaints with the headset, it is easy to work with.
I flew to Xiamen to meet Joe, Tom, James and the rest of the team. They are helpful and insightful. I was welcomed warmly and given a tour of Panda Podium. It feels good to buy great products from great people who genuinely care about the customer experience.
Quick Pro AR:ONE – 9.5/10

After build up a new bike this winter and completing the first 2,000km, I’d like to share my impressions.
In addition to the Quick Pro AR One in size M, I also bought a CRW 50/55 wheelset, Cybrei cranks and bottle cages, Farsport F1s handlebars in 380mm, and Overfast axles from Panda Podium. I rounded it all out with Sram Red and ceramic bearings from Bikone. I mounted the current Pirelli P Zero RS tires in size 30 as tubeless tires.
The total weight of the bike, including the bottle cage, Garmin mount, and Time pedals, is 6.92kg.
For assembling the frame, I would have appreciated documentation or an overview of all permissible torques, even though this is usually stated on the components, or the parts suppliers always provide this information for their components. The packaging and the quality of the frame and accessories are impeccable.
The change in handlebar width from 420 to 380mm was immediately noticeable within the first few meters. Otherwise, I kept all the size settings from my previous Tarmac S-Works SL6. The bike is a bit more twitchy due to the narrower handlebar, but you get used to it over time. Compared to the SL6, the bike is more direct and slightly stiffer. It’s not that it’s too stiff; rather, you get the feeling that the power is transferred more directly to the road. The ride comfort, combined with the 30mm tires, is very good, and the handling is fantastic. The wheels run silky smooth, and you don’t feel any brake disc dragging, even when pedaling out of the saddle (I weigh about 76kg). Purely subjectively, I feel that I’m faster with the bike for the same power output, without having examined it in detail with power meter readings and Strava segments. Everything feels very smooth and effective.
Regarding the other components, such as the handlebar unit and the Cybrei carbon crank, I can say that the quality is of the highest standard. The connection between the power meter, the app, and the Garmin works flawlessly. The handlebar are rather narrow in terms of grip width compared to my previous ones (Vision Metron 5D). For my taste, the horizontal sections could be a bit more voluminous. The advantage here is that you have better control of the handlebars when using the top of the handlebars on bumpy roads such as cobblestones.
Overall, I’m more than satisfied with the handling, quality, and performance. The bike is a real joy to ride. The price-performance ratio, especially compared to prices in Europe, is still very good, even if they have come close for some items.
Many thanks to the team and continued success.

From the ordering process to receiving the package, everything was top-notch. Frame packaging was superb, and everything inside arrive in perfect condition. I bought frame, cybrei crancks, and the new quick handlebar. The finish on the inside of everything is immaculate! its better than other brands on the outside… My frame was black, and the stealthty-batmanesque looks is pretty good!. Paint finish is also amazing, and brake and BB seats are free of paint and flush as it should be.
Cranks comes with nice instructions, and everything is labeled to get the torque specs rights. Thanks to all Panda Podium team for the five start service, and even the follow up after the order was sent.
All the best!
