The full name of FCS is FAST CATCH SYSTEM.

This bag is really well-made with a waterproof fabric (tested), this one is quite large and excellent for bike packing. The boa is here to tighten a “pocket” where you can place a few items that would make some noise if they were free in the bag, so it is an excellent idea, but it still a small pocket.
