EXAR Ultra carbon fiber wheelset applies Hl-MOD T8oo carbon fiber, following the integral and
systematic design. The primal materials allow great reduction on weight while retaining outstanding stiffness. This helps you get a smooth start and easier acceleration.

Lower Front And Higher Rear Wheels Combine High Inertia And Stability

The fat rim with 30mm external width and 23mm internal width is purely designed for disc brake structure. Full Carbon Fiber Spokes with Scientific Lacing Contribute Ultra-Stiffness
EXAR Ultra carbon fiber wheelset features Hl-MOD T800 carbon fiber spokes. Each spoke weighs only 2.8g, 30% lighter than top-level steel spokes. Carbon fiber spokes have higher tensile strength and can withstand 3o% more tensile force. Lower strength loss of transmission brings higher driving efficiency. The wheelset applies 2:1 balanced lacing pattern, which distributes tension perfectly. The spoke tension of rear-wheel drive side is130kg±10%, and non drive side is110kg±10%.
Ceramic Bearing——Smooth And Durable
Compared to steel, ceramic is light-weight with low resistance, which can be used to make smoother bearing. A well-made ceramic bearing has lower resistance, thus saving you energy and allowing rapid acceleration. The contact surface of bearing and body is processed with smooth edges to create precise synergy.

Great wheels at a great price
They ride really nice and smooth with a really light weight for their depth. The width is also really nice allowing a pair of 28c GP5000s to blow up to 29.3mm and getting a nice smooth transition between tire and rim.
The crosswind can be felt in this rims but they do feel a bit more managable
Comparing against my old campagnolo bora ones this wheels ride as nice as them if not better
The only downside are the holes in the rim bed but i can imagine my mechanic would appreciate them if they ever need any adjustments in the spokes

I have about 600 miles so far and they have been perfect. I love the way they look, and ride. The internal and external rim dimensions seem about perfect for 700×28 tires. I recommend there. I like them as much as my Rovals
