Have 2 sets of these. 1 for gravel (with a LTWOO long cage clutch derailleur), 1 for road. Very easy to set up. Shifting & crosschaining is fine. For rim brake use I would recommend a Campagnolo rim brake caliper as the LTWOO lever has a “campa style” short pull.
