What does that mean?
Ready, but nervous.
We’ve done our best to prepare for the launch of the website. We’ve done our own internal testing of our systems, etc. but we’re not sure what to expect when we launch. What will day one traffic be like? 10 visitors? 100 visitors? 1000? 10k? 100k? We have no idea. Will our server take the beating? Will PayPal get freaked out by the sudden influx of payments? Will our staff be able to keep up with responses? We think so. We have plenty of experience in our team, but the proof is in the pudding.
Shop with confidence… and patience.
However, rest assured you can shop with confidence. Our systems are secure and your information is safe. We just ask for your patience in the first few weeks of our website running as we deal with the sudden spike in traffic and work on optimising our systems and communications. As always, if there are any questions you can always contact us.

Good morning. Glad to see the site up and about , no doubt there will be a few glitches at first however it’s obviously a learning experience and can only improve. I would really appreciate being able to look at the great range of bicycle tools and small items used in everyday day bicycle maintenance. Good luck with the new endeavour 👍👍
